29th China International Adhesives and Sealants Exhibition
From September 15 to 17, 2026, the 29th China International Adhesives and Sealants Exhibition was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Focusing on adhesives, sealants, and new materials, the exhibition covered raw materials, formulation and processing, production equipment, and end-use applications, bringing together companies across the industry to showcase the latest technologies, products, and solutions.

Jing Sheng Gou, General Manager of BJVP
As a professional equipment manufacturer specializing in fluid transfer and automated process technology, BJVP made its first appearance at the exhibition, showcasing its core equipment, including Pigging Systems, DDU Additive Decanting Systems, Manifold Systems, and High-Viscosity Gear Pumps (150BS Pumps), as well as integrated fluid automation solutions for fine chemicals, new materials, and other industries.
Domestic and International Customers Discuss Equipment and Process Applications
During the exhibition, many domestic and international customers visited the BJVP booth to discuss equipment performance, process applications, and project requirements. Overseas customers from Europe, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and other regions also visited the booth to learn more about BJVP’s fluid transfer, material decanting, fluid distribution, and automated control equipment. Through on-site equipment demonstrations and technical discussions, customers gained a deeper understanding of BJVP’s capabilities and engineering experience in fluid transfer, material handling, automated control, and system integration.

Four Core Equipment Systems on Display
At the exhibition, BJVP showcased four core equipment systems covering key process stages such as material transfer, pipeline cleaning, additive feeding, and fluid distribution.
Pigging System

The Pigging System uses fluid or gas pressure to drive a Pig through the pipeline, removing residual materials from the pipe wall and recovering product remaining in the line. For multi-product and multi-batch transfer of adhesives, coatings, resins, and fine chemical materials, the Pigging System helps reduce pipeline residue and material loss, lower the risk of cross-contamination during product changeover, and reduce manual pipeline cleaning work.
DDU Additive Decanting System

The DDU Additive Decanting System is designed for automatic and metered decanting and feeding of materials from 200 L drums, multi-drum pallets, and IBCs. The system can integrate automatic lid opening and closing, barcode and vision-based positioning, liquid-level tracking, weighing, and empty-container rinsing to automate material transfer and metered feeding from containers to blending equipment. For high-viscosity additives, it reduces manual feeding operations while improving feeding accuracy, operational safety, and production efficiency. The system can also be integrated with Pigging Systems, automatic blending systems, and other process equipment.
Manifold System

The Manifold System consists of piping, valves, control components, and monitoring instruments for fluid distribution, collection, transfer, and flow-path switching. Its compact matrix-style piping layout can reduce complex piping arrangements and improve the efficiency of switching between different material transfer paths. The system can also integrate flow metering, PLC-based automatic control, and Pigging Systems for centralized management and automated transfer of multiple fluid streams, making it suitable for multi-product and multi-line fluid transfer processes.
High-Viscosity Gear Pump (150BS Pumps)

The High-Viscosity Gear Pump uses an internal gear design to create continuously changing sealed cavities as the gears rotate, enabling stable suction, transfer, and discharge of high-viscosity fluids. It is mainly used for lubricating oils, resins, coatings, adhesives, chemical additives, polymers, and other high-viscosity fluids, and can be applied to high-viscosity material transfer processes in adhesives, fine chemicals, lubricants, new materials, and other industries.
30 Years of Fluid Technology, Supporting Industrial Automation

Participation in ASE CHINA 2026 further demonstrated BJVP’s capabilities in fluid transfer equipment, automated process equipment, and system integration. Moving forward, BJVP will continue to advance technology development and product innovation in fluid transfer, material handling, pipeline cleaning, and automated control, providing reliable and efficient fluid automation equipment and integrated solutions for fine chemicals, green coatings, new materials, lubricants, petrochemicals, new energy, food and beverage, and other industries.
